Lead. Innovate. Inspire
I know you.
Most people think you are on top of everything. But my guess is you are stressed and stuck.
You want to lead. You want a seat at the strategy table. But your career is stuck in place. When you bring up new ideas, your ideas are struck down. You are working nonstop.
Your family barely sees you.
You can't remember the last time you received a good raise.
The good news. It does not have to be this way.
A coach, product leader, mom, wife, sister, daughter, and cancer survivor.
I love being a product manager. It's who I am. But, being a product manager can be exhausting. I spent years working seventy hours a week hoping someone would eventually notice me.
Meanwhile, my relationships and family suffered.
The turning point was when I found a mentor, Jim Mitchell. He showed me how to be a product leader, stand up for myself, and build boundaries.
I ended up leading a fabulous team as a Director at my dream company, along with a seat at the strategy table and an incredible work-life balance.
Fast-forward a few years, cancer hit.
At this point, I decided my purpose was to help product managers and leaders reclaim their product management careers. It is not just moving into leadership, but it is so important to love your job and are not working crazy hours.
I pivoted to become a Product Management Coach.
